Spray or Cast Acrylic Chips
Stone Flakes offer a granite-like look to almost any application. Used alone or blended with other chips, Stone Flakes enhances the surface texture while using less material than spherical chips. Ideal for spray applications, Stone Flakes may be used in casting applications however they tend to become smaller in the mixing process due to their structure. Solid and pre-blended colors are available, click on a header below for more information.
Color Collections

The Stone Flakes product line is available in two color options—solid colors in D sizes and 1/4" sizes and a pre-blended color pallet in D sizes. The solid colors are ideal for manufacturers that used Stone Flakes as an add-in product line, while the pre-blended colors offer looks of popular granite colors.

MSDS / Technical

  • Stone Flakes MSDS
  • Stone Flakes are sprayed similar to the Poly Stone product line. For spray tips, please refer to the Poly Stone spray manual.
  • Flake sizes: "D" size refers to flakes in a range from 12/18 mesh down to pan (dust) with the majority of the flakes in the 12/18 range. 1/4" starts at a 1/4" and varies in size to dust. This is due to unavoidable breakage of the flakes.
